2. Este necesară utilizarea echipamentului de protecÈ›ie compus din: cască protecÈ›ie (integrală), manuÈ™i, protecÈ›ii pentru umeri, coate, genunghi, gât, coloană È™i coaste (un echipament adecvat acestui sport).
3. Nu stationaÈ›i (opriÈ›i) în mijlocul traseului/potecii; dacă e necesar iesiÈ›i în afara traseului, cu tot cu bicicletă.
4. PăstraÈ›i distanÈ›a față de biciclistul din faÈ›a dumneavoastră pentru a putea opri în siguranță.
5. Lasați bicicliștii mai rapizi să vă depașească.
6. Comunicați intenția de depășire: vocal sau prin semnale acustice.
7. Nu creaÈ›i propriul traseu în afara celui amenajat.
8. Anuntați orice problemă aparută pe traseu (accidente, pomi cazuți, pietre, etc);
9. Folosiți o bicicletă adecvată acestui sport;
10. Ocrotiți natura.
11. Nu vă opriÈ›i în zona de start sau imediat dupa terminarea traseului.
12. Respectați orarul de funcționare al telescaunului
13. ConsultaÈ›i harta cu traseele, verificând complexitatea lor, înainte de a le parcurge, È›inând cont È™i de nivelul vostru de pregătire.
14. Abonamentele sunt valabile în ziua eliberării lor È™i nu sunt transmisibile de la o persoană la alta.
15. În acest Resort desfășuraÈ›i activități pe proprie răspundere.
16. PărinÈ›ii, tutorii sau persoanele majore care însoÈ›esc minorii răspund de modul în care aceÈ™tia respectă normele de securitate.
17. Ne rezervăm dreptul de a exlude din resort, fară rambursare, a orcărei persoane care nu respecta regulamentul È™i care se afla în stare de ebrietate.
18. Nu se returnează banii în caz de intemperii (vânt, furtună, ploaie, etc.), întrerupere a curentului electric, sau a orcăror altor condiÈ›ii independente de societatea noastră sau care ar pune în pericol clienÈ›ii È™i personalul resortului.
19. Persoanele care produc distrugeri a echipamentelor puse la dispoziție prin nerespectarea instrucțiunilor de folosință li se va imputa prejudiciul produs.
20. Acordarea de ajutor: în cazul unor accidente este obligatoriu să acordăm ajutor; Neglijarea acestui aspect se pedepseÈ™te prin lege.
21. Toți bicicliștii sunt obligați să respecte semnele și indicatoarele de pe piste, inclusive cele ale personalului/staff-ului.
22. Indiferent dacă am provocat un accident sau am fost martori suntem obligaÈ›i să ne identificăm în faÈ›a organelor de control.
23. Prin achiziÈ›ia unui bilet/abonament de acces în incinta Resortului sunteÈ›i de acord È™i aÈ›i luat la cunoÈ™tiință acest regulament. Reprezentând consimțământul express È™i prealabil la faptul că imaginea, numele, după caz pot fi facute publice prin mijloace de comunicare media fară o plata aferentă.

5. Let faster cyclists overtake you.
6. Communicate the intention to overcome: by voice or by acoustic signals.
7. Do not create your own route outside of the arranged one.
8. Report any problems along the way (accidents, fallen trees, rocks, etc.);
9. Use a bicycle suitable for this sport;
10. Protect the nature.
11. Do not stop in the start area or immediately after the end of the route.

13. Consult the route map, checking their complexity, before going through them, taking into account your level of preparation.
14. Subscriptions are valid on the day of issue and are not transferable from one person to another.
15. In this Resort you carry out activities on your own responsibility.
16. Parents, guardians or adults accompanying minors are responsible for how they comply with security rules.
17. We reserve the right to exclude from the resort, without reimbursement, any person who does not comply with the regulations or who is drunk.
18. No refunds will be given in the event of bad weather (wind, storm, rain, etc.), power outages, or any other conditions that are independent of our company or that could endanger the resort's customers and staff.
19. Persons who cause damage to the equipment made available by failure to comply with the instructions for use shall be held liable for the damage caused.
20. Assistance: in case of accidents it is mandatory to provide assistance; Neglect of this aspect is punishable by law.
21. All cyclists are required to follow the signs and the indicators on the tracks, including those of the staff.
22. Regardless of whether we have caused an accident or witnessed it, we are obliged to identify ourselves before the inspection bodies.
23. By purchasing an access ticket / subscription to the Resort, you agree and have taken note of this regulation. Representing the express and prior consent to the fact that the image, the name, can be made public through the media without a related payment.
